Interfrench is organized by regional chapters. In each large city where there are enough francophiles a chapter may be created. The chapter members meet in monthly gatherings and some groups may hold separate meetings more frequenly.
The coordinators are the cornerstone of Interfrench. They manage their own group, from 10 to 50 people and do their best
to introduce them to each other in order to maximize the meeting efficiency.
In exchange the coordinators get a large regional visivility in their domain.
The coordinators are also related to each other and to the chapter direction through special coordinators meetings.
In every chapter, a 'bureau', held by the founders and the most active coordinators, takes the general decisions
and helps the other coordinators in their daily tasks.
Interfrench groups are Special Interest Groups like industry groups (biotech, telecom...), transverse groups (careers, entrepreneurs, marketing, business development etc), nationality groups (americans, chinese, swiss, moroccans, indians etc), or groups of alumni from 'Grandes Ecoles' or Universities.
