Questions Frequently Asked
What does Interfrench bring compared to other networks?
1. Interfrench focuses on francophile professionals, not only on French speakers:
- Because there are francophiles in almost every country of the world
- Because they are our natural business partners
- Because French people do not need us for social networking, but more for professional networking
- Because we want to build business bridges between our country and Francophiles of all countries
- Because France has a good fame for ideas, philosophy, arts and sciences but businesswise only the large French corporations succeed to export.
- Because a lot of Francophiles are eager to work with us, but do not know how to reach us.
2. Interfrench endavours to change some specific French professional behaviours contrary to collective success :
- As Interfrench was born in Silicon Valley, its founders had a outward vision of the French culture and behaviour, which allowed to see what cannot be seen easily in France, where these behaviours are normal.
- Interfrench promotes the Interfrench spirit : an entrepreneur, pioneer, positive, friendly and international spirit turned to collective success.
- Interfrench thinks that this positive spirit is the prerequisite for development of international business between French and francophile professionals
You seem to criticize some French behaviours, are you anti-French?
- No we love France, our country, and the French people,
- but we also love the other cultures. It is not necessary to lower the others to raise ourselves.
- We do not criticize the French. But we only made the following statements:
- 1.Every nation has strengths and weaknesses, as well as every individual.
- 2. Everyone of us is totally blind to his own weaknesses, and failures, conflicts and difficulties help us know ourselves betterand become conscious of what we need to improve to achieve success.
- 3. The comparison between different and at times opposite cultures (americans, germans, asians) is the best way to work on our weaknesses and unleash our potential.
- 4. 'Vive la différence'.
